Job summary

Diversicare Healthcare Services, LLC is seeking a Regional RN to provide workforce support and supervise CNAs across centers in the region. You will render skilled nursing care and collaborate with the medical team to ensure high-quality patient care.

The role requires travel to centers within the region and flexibility to work overtime. A current RN license and strong leadership and communication skills are essential to guide staff and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Has a current license by the State Board of Nursing as an RN.
• Ability to lead and motivate subordinates and coordinate care teams.
• Willingness to travel to centers within the region.

Responsibilities

• Receives report on patient/resident status and relays it to the next shift.
• Makes rounds to assess quality of care and supervise care givers.
• Provides direct nursing care and communicates with physicians.
• Assists in establishing and updating care plans for patients.
