Job summary

Diversicare in Kansas seeks a Regional LPN to provide nursing services across centers in the region. You will oversee daily operations on your unit, administer medications, and collaborate with RNs and CNAs to ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted LPN/LVN license in Kansas.
• Ability to lead and motivate CNAs.
• Willingness to travel to centers within the region.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing operations for a unit/wing.
• Administer medications and provide treatments as prescribed.
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate CNAs and nursing staff.
• Document resident status and changes in medical records.
• Coordinate with RNs and physicians to support care plans.
• Ensure infection control and safety practices are followed.
• Capture supply charges and participate in QA initiatives.
• Travel to multiple centers within the region as needed.
• Possess flexibility to work overtime and double shifts.
