Job summary

Diversicare of Larned is hiring a Regional LPN to support multiple centers within the region. You will provide skilled nursing care, administer medications, supervise CNAs, and ensure high-quality resident care across units. Travel to centers within the region is required.

The role offers premium pay of $35/hr for 60 days, plus a conversion bonus and comprehensive benefits after the trial period.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted LPN/LVN license.
• Ability to lead and motivate staff.
• Scheduling may change daily and requires flexibility.
• Ability to work closely with residents, physicians and staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily nursing operations for a unit/wing.
• Administer medications and provide treatments as prescribed.
• Supervise CNAs and assign daily work tasks.
• Maintain resident records and report changes to the supervisor.
• Travel between centers within the region as required.
• Ensure infection control and safety policies are followed.
