Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth is seeking a Regional Long-Term Care Account Executive to drive new business across assisted living, skilled nursing, and continuing care retirement communities. You will build and nurture relationships with facility leadership, understand client needs, and propose our integrated care solutions.

You will manage a robust sales pipeline within your designated region and collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Healthcare Admin, Business, or Management.
• 5 years of outside B2B/Sales in post-acute healthcare.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proven ability to collaborate with clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Track record of achieving sales goals and retaining clients.
• Proficient in Windows 365 and Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
• Willingness to travel daily, with <25% overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic sales plans to meet/exceed targets in long-term care.
• Build and sustain relationships with facilities and key admin staff.
• Manage pipeline and provide regular reports on sales and market trends.
• Coordinate onboarding and service initiation with internal teams.
• Ensure facility retention and drive revenue growth.
