Job summary

Pratt Logistics, LLC is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to lead safety programs across the Addison region. The role focuses on ensuring driver training, equipment compliance, and adherence to local and federal regulations to protect staff and assets.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in transportation safety, strong knowledge of CFR 29/49, and a Bachelor’s Degree, with readiness to travel regionally and coordinate safety initiatives with operations and safety leadership.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in safety within transportation.
• Knowledge of DOT, DMV, FMCSA, OSHA.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enforce and manage policies in place.
• Policy development and education.
• Conduct periodic safety inspections.
• Record accidents and incidents from initial report to closure.
• Coordinate post-accident investigations and inspections.
• Document preservation for litigation.
• Injury response, reporting and investigation.
• Record OSHA 300 logs and regulatory compliance.
• Safety training and driver coaching.
• Pilot programs and technology deployments.
• Support PPE inventory and wearhouse safety.
• Travel to regional locations on a regular basis.
