Pratt Industries, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Regional Safety Manager to lead safety programs for drivers across the region. The role focuses on policy enforcement, training, inspections, and compliance with DOT/FMCSA/OSHA regulations, ensuring safe operations and protecting staff and assets.

The candidate will coordinate post-accident investigations and manage safety analytics, working closely with operations and the Director of Safety to drive continuous improvement and regulatory adherence.

Competenze

• 5 years’ experience in the transportation industry in a safety role
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• Knowledge of CFR 29 and CFR 49; DOT, DMV, FMCSA, OSHA
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)

Mansioni

• Enforce and manage safety policies across the region
• Policy development and education for drivers and staff
• Conduct periodic safety inspections at facilities
• Record all accidents and incidents from first report to closure
• Coordinate post-accident inspections and investigations
• Document preservation for litigation and regulatory needs
• Injury response, reporting and investigation, workers compensation handling
• DOT visits coordination and safety training sessions
• Safety analytics review and coaching of drivers
• Lead Safety Committees and driver training programs
