Job summary

Kittle Property Group, Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager to lead a multi-site portfolio across the Midwest. You will drive operations, financial performance, and compliance for LIHTC and affordable housing communities, while developing onsite teams and coordinating with internal departments.

The role requires regular travel throughout Texas and will align properties with company standards, with focus on occupancy, leasing, and resident experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of multi-site property management.
• Section 42 LIHTC experience required.
• HCCP designation preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and property management software such as Yardi.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site property operations to achieve goals and budgets.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and manage property personnel.
• Provide direction to Team Leaders to maximize portfolio performance.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies across portfolios.
• Oversee LIHTC compliance and audit readiness.
• Conduct monthly financial analysis and reporting to senior management.
• Develop and manage regional budgets and capital expenditures.
• Visit properties monthly to assess operations and resident experience.
• Collaborate with development, construction, and accounting teams.
