Kittle Property Group is seeking a Regional Manager to lead a multi-site portfolio based in the Midwest States. You’ll be responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, and compliance across Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and affordable housing communities.
In this role, you’ll lead and develop on-site teams, partner closely with internal departments, and ensure each property operates in alignment with company standards, regulatory requirements, and portfolio goals. This position requires regular travel.
