Job summary

This role requires 7+ years in pharma/life sciences sales, 3–5 years in sales leadership, and exceptional communication and coaching skills with travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• 7 years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences sales experience.
• 3–5 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in institutional, specialty, biologics, oncology, immunology, rheumatology, or hospital-based environments.
• Product launch leadership experience in hospital, specialty, or institutional settings.
• Strong business acumen to analyze market dynamics and drive results.
• Travel availability around 80%.

Responsibilities

• Lead account management team focused on community-focused networks, infusion centers, and other key healthcare stakeholders.
• Recruit and hire team of Key Account Managers for designated territories.
• Motivate and direct team with training in product knowledge, contracting, market conditions, and brand strategy.
• Design and implement short and long-term business plans to achieve commercial objectives and drive sales.
• Execute promotional objectives through marketing strategies.
• Support account planning and pull-through initiatives to optimize product access.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities and accelerate adoption of therapies.
• Monitor performance and conduct annual appraisals and coaching.
