Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of pharmaceutical/life sciences sales experience.
• 3–5 years of sales leadership in institutional or hospital settings.
• Proven success recruiting and leading high-performing teams.
• Experience executing complex account strategies with large networks.
• Product launch leadership in hospital or specialty settings.
• Strong business acumen with market analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel ~80%

Responsibilities

• Lead account management team across community networks and infusion centers.
• Recruit, hire and develop Key Account Managers for designated territories.
• Motivate and train team on product knowledge, contracting, and planning.
• Design and implement business plans to hit commercial objectives.
• Execute marketing strategies to achieve promotional objectives.
• Support account planning and pull-through for product access.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to accelerate therapy adoption.
• Ensure effective customer strategy execution and region-wide results.
• Manage district budgets and monitor ROI; drive sales growth.
• Coach field teams and conduct performance evaluations; maintain compliance.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with market access, marketing, medical affairs, training, operations, and leadership teams.
