Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of pharmaceutical/life sciences sales experience.
• 3–5 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in institutional or hospital settings.
• Proven success recruiting, developing, and leading high-performing teams.
• Experience launching products in hospital, specialty, or institutional environments.
• Strong business acumen to analyze market dynamics and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead account management team across community-focused networks and infusion centers.
• Recruit and hire Key Account Managers for designated territories.
• Coach and develop team with product knowledge, contracting, and market strategy.
• Design and implement short- and long-term business plans to achieve commercial objectives.
• Drive promotional objectives through execution of marketing strategies and access initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to optimize product access and utilization and accelerate adoption.
• Ensure compliant execution of customer-facing strategies and manage regional budgets.
• Monitor performance and provide coaching and development as needed.
