• Hard facilities and maintenance experience with 3–5 years ideal.
• Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel region 50% or more and maintain contractor licenses.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Prepare reports and analytics on facilities work orders and performance.
• Maintain up-to-date licenses and permits and ensure compliance.
