Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Travel within the region (roughly 50%) and maintain regional licenses.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership to address needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as required.
• Prepare reporting and analytics on facilities performance.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in training to stay current with codes and standards.
• Obtain permits and schedule inspections as required by codes.
