Knife River Corporation is seeking a Region Legal Counsel for the Mountain region (Idaho, Montana, Wyoming) with a JD and active licenses in ID/WY/MT. The role covers construction law, contracts, real estate, and regulatory compliance, reporting to the Chief Legal Officer.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of legal experience in the construction or materials sector and be located in Boise, Idaho.

Formación

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Idaho, Wyoming, or Montana.
• Minimum 3+ years of legal experience, preferably in construction/materials industry.

Responsabilidades

• Provide legal services across construction law, contracts, real estate, business transactions, litigation management, labor and employment, and environmental compliance.
• Advise management on regulatory changes and coordinate with outside counsel under the supervision of the Chief Legal Officer.
