Job summary

Northstar Properties seeks a Regional Leasing Agent to oversee leasing across multiple residential properties within our portfolio. You will respond to inquiries, conduct tours, process applications, and coordinate with onsite teams to ensure a smooth move-in experience.

You will support marketing efforts, maintain CRM records, stay informed on market trends, and collaborate with property managers to coordinate make-ready and move-in dates.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; 3–5 years of sales experience preferred.
• 1–3 years in property management or related leasing industry.
• Strong communication, organization and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, text and in-person visits.
• Conduct property tours and build relationships to foster community.
• Manage applications and coordinate with onsite teams for move-in.
• Maintain records in company software and CRM programs.
• Stay informed on market trends and adjust leasing strategies.
• Collaborate with property managers and maintenance for make-ready dates.
• Communicate leasing performance and market trends to supervisor.
