Job summary

Indus Management Group in Houston seeks a Regional Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy across multiple communities. You will generate leads, negotiate leases, and deliver exceptional customer service using RealPage and a mix of in-person and digital outreach.

Requirements include at least two years of multifamily leasing experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid Texas driver's license. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; travel is required across SW Houston and Spring Branch.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum two years of multifamily leasing experience and sales.
• Valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage prospective resident leads in Real Page.
• Engage with prospects daily via calls, letters, texts and emails to ensure follow-up.
• Schedule property tours and lease appointments for communities across multiple sites.
• Screen applicants, complete applications and verify documentation for rental eligibility.
• Close qualified prospects to secure leases and support occupancy goals.
• Coordinate move-in/out with maintenance and ensure units are ready.
• Monitor renewal trends and proactively contact residents to drive renewals.
• Develop promotions, advertise units and support marketing across sites.
• Collaborate with managers to support occupancy, retention and revenue goals.
• Identify property issues and assist with solutions; participate in community engagement.
