Qualifications

• Six months of relevant sales and customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to support and contribute to the community team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management tech.
• Assist with lease renewals and retention.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospects and build rapport while understanding their needs.
• Provide engaging community tours
• Showcase apartment homes and benefits of living at Indus Communities
• Convert qualified prospects into residents
• Process lease applications and screen applicants
• Support resident move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals
• Build positive relationships with residents and deliver outstanding service
• Assist with marketing initiatives and community events
• Conduct apartment inspections and maintain standards
• Partner with maintenance and management teams to enhance resident experience
