Job summary

GPI Investment LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support multiple Southwest Houston communities. You will greet prospects, qualify leads, conduct tours, and help tenants through applications and move-in steps, delivering standout customer service across properties.

The role requires flexibility to work with different teams and schedules, travel between properties, and proficiency with Yardi or similar software. Medical, dental, and vision coverage are among offered benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous leasing or sales experience required (property management preferred).
