Job summary

Risus Talent Partners seeks a Regional Continuous Improvement Manager to lead Lean and CI across the Southeast region. This hands-on role partners with plant and regional leadership to standardize practices and drive operational change.

Based in Atlanta, GA or Tampa, FL with ~75% travel, you will coach teams, implement Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Value Stream Mapping, and foster a strong culture of continuous improvement across the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Lean Manufacturing experience.
• Proven success leading Lean initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Hands-on experience with Lean tools: Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, Kanban, Standard Work, RCA

We're Hiring: Regional Manager, Continuous Improvement | Southeast Region

Preferred Home Base:

Atlanta, GA or Tampa, FL

Compensation:

$130K-$150K base + annual bonus

Travel:

Approximately 75%, typically Monday-Thursday with Friday working remotely

Overview:

• We're hiring a Regional Continuous Improvement Manager to join one of our largest clients in the manufacturing space and lead Lean and Continuous Improvement efforts across the Southeast region! This is an individual contributor role with responsibility for driving initiatives across several manufacturing locations throughout the region. It's a newly created, high-impact opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on in the plants, partnering with leadership, and driving meaningful operational change. You'll work closely with plant and regional leadership to standardize best practices, lead Lean transformations, coach teams, and build a strong culture of continuous improvement across the region.

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Lean Manufacturing experience
• Proven success leading Lean initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites
• Strong manufacturing or industrial experience
• Hands-on experience with Lean tools such as Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, Kanban, Standard Work, and Root Cause Analysis
• Strong coaching, facilitation, and change management skills
• Packaging or corrugated experience is a plus, but not required
