Job summary

Risus Talent Partners is seeking a Regional Continuous Improvement Manager to lead Lean transformations across manufacturing, converting, warehouse and distribution facilities in a regional network.

You will partner with regional and site leadership to identify opportunities, coach teams, develop roadmaps, implement Kaizen events, and sustain gains through daily management systems and structured problem solving. Up to 75% travel will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Continuous Improvement, Lean, or Operational Excellence.
• Proven success leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Lean principles and problem-solving methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional and site leadership to identify, prioritize, and execute improvement initiatives.
• Lead Lean transformation across manufacturing, converting, warehouse, and distribution.
• Develop site roadmaps aligned with regional priorities and drive measurable results.
• Facilitate Kaizen events, workshops, and cross-functional problem solving.
• Coach leadership and frontline staff on Lean principles and daily management systems.
• Monitor performance metrics and sustain improvements through governance and engagement.
