Qualifications

• BA/BS in Engineering or related field.
• Proven leadership and project management experience.
• Ability to work across multiple departments and levels.
• Experience in Automotive Stamping environment.
• Willingness to travel to plant sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to improve plant performance and cost savings.
• Implement SMED and lean tools; drive value stream mapping.
• Develop reports on downtime, inefficiencies, and action plans.
• Cover Plant Manager duties as needed.
• Collaborate with plant and production managers.
