Job summary
Danfoss is seeking a DBS Regional CI Expert to drive Lean initiatives across regional manufacturing sites and champion the Danfoss Business System. You will lead cost reductions and elevate safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and inventory standards through DBS, while mentoring local teams on floor-level improvements.

Qualifications
- 10+ years in Continuous Improvement and operations leadership.
- Lean Manufacturing expert with hands-on approach; Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
- Shainin or similar problem-solving methods a plus.
- Willingness to travel to regional sites up to 3 weeks per month.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives and CI projects to deliver cost reductions.
- Troubleshoot process bottlenecks and implement safety/quality improvements.
- Align DBS standards with regional business goals with cross-functional teams.
- Analyze data with SAP, Power BI, and MS Office to drive shop-floor improvements.
- Coach and mentor local teams to share knowledge on the manufacturing floor.
