Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a DBS Regional CI Expert to drive operational excellence across regional manufacturing sites under the Danfoss Business System (DBS). You will lead cost-reduction initiatives, optimize productivity, and elevate safety, quality, delivery, and inventory standards with hands-on leadership on the shop floor.

You will collaborate with local plant teams and cross-functional leaders, travel to regional sites up to three weeks per month, and use SAP, Power BI, and MS Office to turn

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement and operations leadership.
• Lean Manufacturing expert with a hands-on approach; Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
• Shainin or other advanced problem-solving methodologies.
• Willingness to travel to regional sites up to 3 weeks per month.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; cross-cultural collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement projects to deliver cost reductions.
• Troubleshoot process bottlenecks and implement improvements in safety, quality, delivery, productivity and inventory.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align DBS standards with regional goals.
• Analyze operational data with SAP, Power BI and MS Office to drive shop-floor improvements.
• Coach and mentor local teams to spread DBS knowledge and practices.
