Job summary

Fello is seeking a Regional Manager, Living Options & Services to lead the operations of assigned group homes and other living arrangements for people with disabilities. You will coach Direct Support Professionals to deliver high‑quality, person‑centered services.

A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred and a Master's is a plus. A Maryland driver's license is necessary, with substantial travel across the Greater Chesapeake Region.

Qualifications

• Five or more years supporting people with disabilities.
• Three or more years managing Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; Master’s degree a plus.
• Valid Maryland driver’s license required and ability to drive.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations of assigned group homes and living arrangements for people with disabilities.
• Coach and manage DSPs to deliver high-quality, person-centered services.
• Plan supports for persons served and ensure quality of services across the region.
• Travel across the Greater Chesapeake Region to support operations and strategic initiatives.
