Job summary

Platinum Dental Services is seeking a Regional Leader in Reno, NV to drive growth and operational excellence across affiliated practices. You will lead regional teams, coach office staff, and partner with dentists and executives to achieve strategic goals.

You will undergo a 3–6 month training period to learn Platinum’s systems, leadership approach, and day-to-day dental practice operations, preparing you to drive performance regionally with accountability and strong execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-location dental management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and oversee diverse offices.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability to train and address detailed operational issues.
• Sound judgment under pressure and decisive leadership.
