You will complete a 3-6 month training period before assuming full regional responsibility, leading performance improvements, implementing company initiatives, and partnering with doctors and staff to reach ambitious goals.

• Proven ability to coach teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
