Job summary

Platinum Dental Services NV in Reno, NV is seeking a Regional Leader to drive growth and elevate patient and team experiences across multiple practices.

The Regional Leader partners with doctors and office leaders to lead onboarding, daily operations, and performance, while upholding Platinum’s standards. A 3–6 month training period prepares you to mentor teams and implement improvements.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in multi-location dental management preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability to train and delve into detailed operational issues.
• Sound judgment in decision-making, especially under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Partner with dentists and office leaders to drive practice growth and performance.
• Coach, develop, and support office teams to achieve operational and financial goals.
• Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor practice performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Support offices in improving systems, processes, and day‑to‑day operations.
• Help teams understand and achieve key performance goals.
• Provide hands‑on leadership and problem‑solving support across assigned practices.
• Maintain a strong understanding of dental office operations and step in to support teams when needed.
• Collaborate with Platinum leadership to implement company initiatives and best practices.
• Build strong relationships with doctors and team members while promoting Platinum’s culture and values.
