Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction safety experience on large projects.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1926 and related standards.
• Experience developing JHAs, SSSPs and Fall Protection Plans.
• Valid driver's license and travel to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety policies and develop site-specific safety plans.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure OSHA/commercial safety compliance.
• Lead safety trainings and meetings at multiple levels.
• Investigate incidents; perform root cause analyses and report findings.
• Ensure PPE and fall protection equipment are properly used and available.
• Monitor subcontractor safety and coordinate safety initiatives.
• Plan safe means and methods for high-risk activities with field teams.
• Stay current with local, state, and federal safety regs.
