Job summary

The Learning Experience in Austin, Texas is seeking a District Manager to oversee a portfolio of franchise childcare centers across Austin and multi-state regions. This field-based leadership role focuses on improving enrollment, staffing, and business performance while upholding childcare standards and licensing requirements.

You will coach Center Directors, partner with franchise owners, and travel approximately 85% locally and to other states to drive enrollment, oversee operations, and

Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare environment is required.
• 5+ years in multi-unit, district, or field operations leadership preferred.
• Experience coaching multi-site leadership teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Early Childhood Education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational performance across multiple centers.
• Coach Center Directors and leadership teams during onsite visits.
• Monitor enrollment, staffing, labor, revenue, and KPIs.
• Partner with franchise owners on business planning and growth opportunities.
• Ensure centers meet licensing, health, safety, and family experience standards.
• Support licensing visits and corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with Marketing to improve enrollment and retention.
