Job summary

IES is seeking a Lead Scheduler with deep experience in planning and managing telecommunications and data center construction schedules. You will coordinate complex regional programs, ensure realistic baselines, and serve as the escalation point for Primavera P6 related needs while aligning with field resources.

You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, QA/QC and other teams to drive schedule integrity, automate reporting with PowerBI, and lead process improvements across multiple

Qualifications

• 6+ years of scheduling or project management experience.
• 7+ years in telecommunications or data center construction.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communicator and mentor with leadership experience.
• Experience with large-scale hyperscale data center projects.
• Familiarity with SPI, CPI, and earned-value metrics.
• PMP or PSP certification.
• Experience developing dashboards or schedule-cost automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling regional efforts and escalate issues as needed.
• Perform QA/QC audits and governance across P6 schedules.
• Mentor and develop schedulers for schedule quality and consistency.
• Forecast resources across projects and manage capacity planning.
• Integrate data between P6, IESOS, and PowerBI for reporting.
• Manage risk, mitigation, and schedule recovery activities.
• Drive continuous improvement through process optimization.
