Job summary

IES is seeking a Lead Scheduler to serve as the regional backbone for schedule integrity across telecommunications cabling and infrastructure installations. You will lead scheduling governance, mentor junior schedulers, and coordinate across Operations, Engineering, QA/QC, and field teams to ensure accurate baselines and realistic schedules.

In this role you will drive resource loading, critical path analysis, and data-driven reporting with P6, IESOS, PowerBI, and SQL-based dashboards.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a High School diploma or GED equivalency.
• 7+ years of scheduling or project management experience, including 5+ years in telecommunications or data center construction.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 for resource loading, critical path analysis, and baseline management.
• Experience integrating P6 data with PowerBI or SQL-based dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Regional leadership and escalation for all scheduling matters within the assigned area.
• QA/QC audits, health checks, and governance enforcement across P6 schedules.
• Mentorship and development of Schedulers in schedule quality and consistency.
• Cross-project resource forecasting, leveling, and capacity planning.
• Reporting and data integration between P6, IESOS, and PowerBI.
• Risk management, TIA/CIA mitigation, and schedule recovery oversight.
• Continuous improvement through process optimization and automation pilots.
