Job summary

Clear Channel Outdoor in Chicago is seeking an experienced accounts payable professional to support real estate operations. You will handle lease payable obligations, generate reports, and assist in budgeting and forecasting with the regional team.

The role requires 3+ years in accounts payable, preferably in real estate or property management, with strong MS Office skills and attention to detail; supervisory experience is a plus. Bachelor's in Accounting preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in accounts payable function at mid to large size business is preferred.
• Publicly traded company and/or Commercial property management experience are a plus.
• Real Estate or property management accounting a plus.
• 1-2 years supervisory experience leading and directing teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service for lessor's inquiries, situations and disputes.
• Work with a cross- functional, remote team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of lease payable obligations.
• Monitor and report monthly on progress of lease terminations, lease payments, increases and renewals.
• Prepare and review all percentage lease reports and payments on a monthly basis for accuracy against percentage cash requirement reports.
• Assist in yearly real estate budgeting and monthly forecasts, and variance reports.
