Qualifications

• VCCO certification and knowledge of codes and procurement for the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Plan projects up to $5 million and serve as owners’ representative through design, construction, and closeout.
• Manage schedules, scope, budgets and QA for assigned projects.
• Coordinate with outside agencies and ensure regulatory compliance throughout project lifecycle.
