Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of seven years’ commercial loan closing, commercial loan documentation, commercial loan operations, and/or commercial loan administration, or related work experience with two years’ of managerial, supervisor, and/or work leadership experience.
• Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills with external and internal cross-functional teams.
• Command of commercial loan products and origination platforms (e.g., nCino).

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations for assigned teams ensuring closings are accurate and timely.
• Provide leadership to senior staff with workflow coordination and performance accountability.
• Maintain controls to support high‑quality execution across markets/regions.
• Interpret complex loan structures, documentation, collateral, covenants and exceptions.
• Serve as escalation point for high‑risk or complex closings.
• Guide staff through regulatory requirements and documentation challenges.
• Ensure compliance across a broad portfolio of closings.
• Oversee risk reviews including validation, collateral integrity, and booking accuracy.
