Qualifications

• Knowledge of Commercial Insolvency, including Bankruptcy Court proceedings.
• Strong credit and analytical skills.
• Detail oriented; able to handle complex portfolios.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook/Excel/Word).

Responsibilities

• Analyze Borrowers’ and Guarantors’ financial statements and 13 week cash flows to monitor performance and covenants within governing documents.
• Underwrite restructurings or forbearance agreements and oversee turnover or exit strategies.
• Coordinate with Credit Quality Assurance and counsel on portfolio issues affecting PD ratings or charge-offs.
• Collaborate with external and internal partners to gather information on the portfolio and related actions.
• Represent the Bank in civic and community activities while maintaining regulatory compliance.
