Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Delivery Leader, Safety Services, to manage the North American Safety Solutions team and drive financial metrics. The role leads ~20 technical professionals across multiple consultations and coordinates with GEC, lifecycle services, and regional directors to ensure successful project outcomes.

You will shape the Safety Solutions strategy, foster a culture of safety, integrity, and continuous improvement, and collaborate with sales and marketing to enable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
• The ability to travel 20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead Safety Solutions business in North America with a team of ~20 technical resources.
• Drive revenue, gross margin, orders, indirect costs, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Develop and execute workforce strategies, mentorship, and talent retention.
• Deliver high-quality project execution, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure safety leadership.
• Collaborate with Global Engineering Center and Sales/Marketing to grow the business.
