Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years in landscape or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years leadership experience, preferably in a multi-location environment.
• Business development experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support Branch Managers in achieving operational, financial, and customer service goals.
• Drive business development and growth initiatives in the region.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and service quality.
• Monitor branch performance and implement action plans to achieve regional objectives.
• Establish and promote best practices, policies, and procedures across the region.
• Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable laws.
• Ensure required training is completed by self and direct reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
