Job summary

Rotolo Consultants Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee customer experience and manage landscaping services efficiently. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of related experience, a bachelor’s degree preferred, and will work closely with Area Managers to ensure service delivery.

This full-time role includes managing customer expectations, conducting audits, and leading orientation for new customers. Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $80,000 per year, along with benefits such as medical insurance and 401K.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years related industry experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Will be required to obtain relevant industry certifications within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct overall customer experience.
• Conduct regular site audits to ensure quality standards.
• Create and manage opportunity pipeline per property.
• Oversee prompt response to customer generated issues.
