Job summary

Rotolo Consultants, Inc. (RCI) is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the customer experience while collaborating with Area Managers to ensure contracted services are delivered on time and within budget.

The role reports to the Division Manager in Landscape Maintenance and requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of industry experience, with relevant certifications obtainable within 12 months. Candidates should be prepared for extensive fieldwork and strong leadership to meet budgeted goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• 3–5 years related industry experience.
• Relevant industry certifications within 12 months.
• Experience in business management, including basic accounting skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct Overall Customer Experience.
• Direct initial Site Assessments to determine what our program will fix and won’t.
• Lead new customer orientation. Align customer expectations with program deliverables: Who, What, When, Why.
• Manage overall program execution according to SOS.
• Perform regular site audits to ensure quality standards.
• Create and manage Opportunity Pipeline per property.
• Work with customer to establish annual enhancement budget.
• Photo document growth and improvement of key areas per property annually.
• Proactively communicate property issues, upcoming services, etc. w/ Customers and AMs.
• Oversee prompt response to customer generated issues and manage appropriate resolution.
• Conduct annual contract review and renewal with customers.
• Direct and assist Area Managers daily.
• Work with Area Managers to meet or exceed property GM budgets.
• Participate in meetings and assist Division Manager in overall leadership of the Division.
