Job summary

Cannon Corp. in Southern California seeks a Regional Manager of Land Development to lead and grow our LA County, Orange County, and Inland Empire activities from Irvine, Riverside, or San Luis Obispo offices.

The Riverside site will open later this year, offering a convenient base for Inland Empire residents. Reporting to the Director of Development, you will supervise a cross-functional engineering team, drive business development with private developers and landowners, and ensure delivery of

Qualifications

Requires a B.S. in civil engineering from an accredited college.
California P.E. license is required.
15+ years of civil engineering experience in land development.
10+ years of supervisory experience with project leadership.
Experience with business development and client management.
Strong relationships with Southern California developers and builders.

Responsibilities

Leads and grows Cannon's Development team across LA County, Orange County, and the Inland Empire.
Executes business development, proposals, and secures new development opportunities.
Provides project management for multiple civil land development projects from proposal through delivery.
Communicates effectively with clients, agencies, and internal teams.
Coordinates with jurisdictional agencies to obtain approvals of improvement plans.
Ensures quality assurance and quality control throughout projects.
Represents Cannon with professionalism in client, agency, and community interactions.
