Cannon Corp. in West Los Angeles seeks a Civil Senior Principal Engineer with 15+ years of civil land development experience to lead project teams, manage budgets, mentor staff, and drive client relationships.

The role offers a path to regional leadership within the Development Business Unit, with opportunities to shape major residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects while ensuring quality, schedule, and budget adherence. California P.E.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college.
• 15+ years in civil engineering for land development projects.
• 5+ years supervising and managing projects within scope, schedule, budget, and performance requirements.
• Participation in Land Development organizations like BIA, HBA, etc. is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead teams, including past experience directly reviewing and managing employee performance.
• California P.E. license.
• Proven expertise in land development design.
• Experience with jurisdictional agencies in Inland Empire.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil3D, AES, WSPG, Flowmaster.
• Experience in business development (obtaining new and repeat business).

Responsabilidades

• Concurrently manages a variety of civil engineering land development projects.
• Establishes and fosters client relations and develops proposals and budgets.
• Participates in professional and/or technical organizations.
• Uses technical knowledge to design plans for grading, drainage, water quality, utility, street, off-site improvements, sanitary sewers, and water lines.
• Analyzes and recommends solutions to complex drainage problems.
• Communicates effectively with various departments, clients, and agencies.
• Mentors, directs, manages, and supervises the design associates on technical matters.
• Effectively manages quality assurance and quality control.
• Ensures projects are delivered on schedule and within scope and budget.
• Manages and coordinates with agencies to obtain approvals of improvement plans.
• Involves in business development and expanding opportunities in Inland Empire.
