Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree, MT (ASCP) or equivalent in basic sciences education and clinical lab experience.
• 5 years of progressively higher-level management/supervisory experience required.
• Master's in business administration or health administration preferred.

• Provides management direction to CP section supervisors and medical directors to ensure high-quality lab services.
• Manages financial activities: budgeting, monitoring budget performance, and improvement strategies.
• Leads revenue maximization and expense control in Clinical Pathology with budgeting alignment.
• Serves as a resource to CP medical staff for timely performance of laboratory services.
• Initiates and reviews proposals to modify CP operational systems and implement changes.
• Oversees outreach services with the Outreach Manager, marketing to potential clients.
• Addresses quality assurance, risk management, and policy/procedure development.
• Supports supervisors and coordinators in policy, procedures, and personnel issues.
