Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead multiple scientific teams across the Pacific Northwest, including Washington and Colorado. You will supervise direct reports, group leaders, and staff while collaborating with clients to meet resourcing and technical needs in a GMP laboratory setting.

This full-time role is remote with local travel around the Seattle area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent directly-related experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading direct reports.
• Hands-on laboratory experience in a pharmaceutical/clinical/GMP setting.
• Ability to travel locally within the Seattle area frequently; up to 5% occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple scientific teams across the Pacific NW and ensure high-quality service.
• Supervise direct reports, group leaders, and staff; coordinate with clients.
• Meet resourcing and technical needs and drive productivity and value.
• Manage performance reviews and staff development; foster teamwork.
