Job summary

ProDriven Global Brands is seeking a Jobsite Safety & Security Manager to drive End User conversions in the Houston area and nationwide. This remote-based role requires home-office work with travel up to 70% within the region and nationally.

You will train customers and distributors, establish a pipeline, and work with the Regional Sales Manager to meet regional sales objectives. A bilingual Spanish candidate with a business background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred or equivalent work experience required.
• 3–5 years Direct experience required.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards required.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Travel 60% ~ 70% travel domestically required.

Responsibilities

• Learn the ProDriven Brands values and lead by example.
• Implement strategies with Regional Sales Manager and End User Specialist teams to meet regional KPIs.
• Develop and deepen relationships with distributors, Safety Directors and End Users to grow regional sales.
• Lead the regional EUS team and align strategy with company goals.
• Provide safety and product information as SME and first POC for questions.
