Job summary

The Dallas Regional Manager role at DTK Facility Services oversees daily operations, service delivery, and performance of janitorial services across client sites in the region. You will report to the Director of Operations and lead a team including Route Manager, Project Manager and Supervisors.

Responsibilities include maintaining high service quality, managing budgets, and ensuring client satisfaction. Travel to job sites is required; competitive benefits accompany a strong, growth-oriented

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, facilities management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in janitorial services, facilities management, or related industry.
• At least 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Experience managing multiple sites or locations preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and personal transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of janitorial services for all assigned facilities within the region.
• Lead and coach a team including Route Manager, Project Manager and Supervisors.
• Maintain P&L accountability for the portfolio of accounts.
• Establish strong client relationships and conduct periodic review meetings.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with policies across sites.
• Recruit, hire, and develop staff to meet operational needs.
