Job summary

DTK Facility Services is seeking a Regional Manager in Houston to oversee daily operations, service delivery, and performance across client sites, ensuring high quality and cost efficiency while reporting to the Director of Operations.

Lead a team of route managers, project managers and supervisors, manage P&L, and be the primary contact for regional clients. Travel to jobsites is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in janitorial services or facilities management.
• At least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Experience overseeing multiple sites.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of janitorial services for all regional facilities.
• Manage budgets, labor, supplies, and equipment costs.
• Lead district managers, supervisors and staff; provide coaching.
• Maintain client relations and ensure high satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
