Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting end users.
• Strong experience with Office 365 admin and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices across plants and ports.
• Install hardware and software, perform remote and desk-side support, and document tickets per SLA.
• Manage and troubleshoot Office 365/Exchange ActiveSync on mobile platforms.
