Your responsibilities include managing a diverse team, ensuring compliance with IT controls, and developing strategies for continuous improvement. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in ERP solutions and leading technical teams, with a competitive edge for knowledge in SAP S/4HANA.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT, including 4 years in leadership.
• Proven experience in large-scale ERP solutions delivery within finance domains.
• Experience in a product-aligned IT organization is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor a high-performing, globally distributed IT team.
• Ensure end-to-end delivery and operational support for ERP FICO portfolio.
• Manage compliance with regulatory standards and IT controls.
