Job summary

MacLean Power Systems is seeking a Manager, Site Support to lead the regional IT Site Leaders across manufacturing, distribution, and corporate locations. You will drive IT operations, enterprise rollout readiness, and a strong service culture with a focus on site partnerships and performance outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in IT support, 3+ years leading multi-site teams, and experience in manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred in IT, engineering, or business.
7+ years of IT support/service delivery experience.
3+ years leading multi-site or regional IT teams.
Manufacturing/distribution environments preferred.
Strong ITSM, endpoint/workstation support, and enterprise rollouts knowledge.
ITIL certification preferred; project management training a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead regional IT Site Leaders and establish coverage, rhythms, travel priorities, backup plans, and common service practices.
Maintain strong relationships with General Managers and site leadership; act as escalation point for major issues.
Own field execution for ERP, infrastructure, and cybersecurity rollouts; coordinate with PMO and central teams.
Partner with Central Service Desk to ensure seamless incident flow between remote and onsite support.
Standardize site documentation, inventory, vendor coordination, and health-check routines.
Drive continuous improvement and automation opportunities; ensure safety and minimal disruption.
