Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-year/Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in IT operations, customer service, or program management.
• Experience with regional IT operations in healthcare environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend leadership meetings to discuss IT regional operations concerns and opportunities.
• Develop strategies to improve regional relations, processes and customer service.
• Oversee IT regional invoicing, budget review and contract management.
• Coordinate licensing for regional applications and collaborate with stakeholders.
